At LaboJazz, we take pride in offering high-quality products crafted with care. David Laborier stands behind the items available on labojazz.com, including CDs, vinyls, merchandise, books, and music sheets. If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, we’ve got you covered.
Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@labojazz.com with your order details and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Shipping
All orders are shipped directly from Luxembourg. We strive to ensure your CDs, vinyls, merch, books, and music sheets arrive in perfect condition. Shipping times and costs will vary depending on your location—full details are provided at checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey. In the rare event that your package arrives damaged due to transport issues, we’ll handle it for you. Simply notify us within 14 days of delivery with evidence of the damage (e.g., photos), and we’ll work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by the shipping carrier beyond our control, though we’ll do our best to assist you.
